Role: Zarrius Brandon is a Rhode Island native, and a very talented actor. He has been in several IMDB listed local films and usually takes on roles of comic relief. His uncanny ability to improv makes comedy a natural road for him to follow. The role of Zarrius was a bit of a step out of character for him. It was his first starring role, and also a much more serious and emotional character than the film roles he is used to. Making a person laugh and cry are two different worlds for an actor and he reaches both ends of the spectrum, showing his diversity as an actor. He is trained in stage, stage combat, excellent at improv/adlib, in good physical health, models, acts in both film and stage, and also a store manager on top of it all. He has been involved in acting in one way or another since the age of 5. Having helped start up the drama club in highschool, he was involved in various short plays in which some included Romeo and Juliet, and The Odd Couple. Having taken Theater in college he then went on performing as “William T. Santiago” in A Few Good Men, “Jacob Marley” in A Christmas Carol with the Attleboro Community Theater, “Achilles” in The Living Museum at the Greek Festival in Worcester, MA, and other various productions throughout MA and RI. Though he loves the stage, his passion is film. Along with making his own short comedy films, he has earned roles with ScorpioFilm Releasing, Misty Haze Productions, Vorres Productions, and NAQ Productions. He has currently been involved in 4 feature length films set for distribution. Brandon is determined to make it in RI and continuously supports fellow actors and film makers in the industry. You can find Brandon Luis Aponte on IMDB which includes his full resume. |
