AJ is practitioner of Parkour, or Free running. He is also involved in kettle bell training, and has basic stunt training. After his role in Sons of Lemuria, he expressed interest to work together again. It was because of this that we actually tied a parkour style into Five Minutes Flat, to allow him to get some exposure in his early stages of training. It also helped to give FMF a better way to tie loose ideas in the story. He worked with the director to also choreograph the parkour moves.
