Role: Writer, Co-Producer, Props David has a background full of love for Hong Kong Action movies, from Jackie Chan to Jet Li to Sammo Hung and Stephen Chow. He is a very comical character himself, so when the orginal idea was brought up to make American Chop Suey (it's pretty much an exhaggerated auto-biography for him), he fell in love with the idea. Together with Nathan the film was written and planned out to be the ultimate "American's wanting to be Asian" comedy film. All the VHS tapes and DVD cases in the home scenes are his actual movie collection (excluding the opening spoof titles), post that on IMDB! His attentiveness and love for Asian cinema and culture were key in making the film be the best it could be. This was also the third short David would do production work on, and possibly his last, at least for now. He is more interested in acting, and some light writing.
